Mumbai: Brigade Group has announced the signing of a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for the development of a premium residential project in Kompally, Hyderabad.
According to the company, the proposed project will be developed on a 5.6-acre land parcel located in one of North Hyderabad’s growth corridors and is expected to have an estimated revenue potential of ₹850 crore.

The company stated that the residential development is intended to cater to the growing demand for high-quality, sustainable and modern housing in the region.

The company said it plans to develop the site into a residential community featuring architectural design and lifestyle amenities.
Brigade Group entered the Hyderabad market with Brigade at No.7 in Banjara Hills and subsequently expanded its presence through Brigade Citadel in Moti Nagar.
The company continues to strengthen its portfolio in the city through Brigade Gateway at Neopolis, a 4 million sq. ft. mixed-use development, as well as Brigade Enclave and Brigade Manor in Moti Nagar.

According to the company, the Kompally project follows the announcement of a four-acre development in Neopolis, which is currently in an advanced design stage.
Brigade Group also stated that it plans to deploy approximately ₹5,000 crore across residential, commercial, hospitality and retail segments in Hyderabad over the next three to four years.
