Brigade Group, Hyatt Sign Deals for Grand Hyatt Chennai ECR, Hyatt House Bengaluru Devanahalli

Brigade Group has partnered with Hyatt to develop Grand Hyatt Chennai ECR (opening 2029) and Hyatt House Bengaluru Devanahalli (opening 2027), strengthening its hospitality footprint in key Indian markets.
Brigade, Hyatt Announce Chennai ECR & Bengaluru Projects

Mumbai: Brigade Group has announced two hospitality developments in partnership with Hyatt, including the upcoming Grand Hyatt Chennai ECR and Hyatt House Bengaluru Devanahalli.

Brigade Hotel Ventures Limited (BHVL), a subsidiary of Brigade Group, has signed a management agreement with Hyatt for the Grand Hyatt Chennai ECR. The beachfront hotel, located along the East Coast Road in Chennai, is expected to open in 2029.

The project will feature approximately 200 guest rooms, five dining venues—including a signature restaurant, two specialty restaurants, a pool bar, and a lobby lounge—along with wellness facilities and multiple event spaces. The property is designed to cater to premium leisure and business travellers, including MICE and wedding segments.

Strategically located on East Coast Road, the property is poised to become a premier destination, appealing to business travellers, wedding guests, and leisure seekers alike. Brigade is committed to building landmark hospitality assets, and Grand Hyatt Chennai ECR is a significant step in that journey.”

Separately, BCV Developers Private Limited, part of Brigade Group, has signed an agreement with Hyatt for Hyatt House Bengaluru Devanahalli. The project, located in Bengaluru, is expected to open in 2027.

The greenfield development will include 135 serviced apartments designed for extended stays and short-term visits. Located about 20 minutes from Kempegowda International Airport, the property is positioned to serve the Devanahalli tech corridor, which includes upcoming IT parks, the Aerospace Science Park, and the planned Financial City. Facilities will include an all-day restaurant, bar, meeting spaces, swimming pool, and fitness center.
