Mumbai: Casagrand on Thursday announced the launch of its premium villa project, Casagrand Blossoms, in Poondi, adding to the city’s growing residential real estate segment.
Spread across 8.4 acres, the project is designed as a low-density development comprising 113 villas. The residential units are configured as 4 BHK villas, with sizes ranging from 2,543 sq. ft. to 2,767 sq. ft. The company said the project is priced starting from ₹1.59 crore.

The development has been planned with a focus on space allocation, with over 5.5 acres dedicated to open areas. Of this, 2.3 acres have been allocated for landscaped greenery within the project. The layout is structured to accommodate residential units along with common spaces and amenities within the overall development plan.
A 9,300 sq. ft. clubhouse forms a central component of the project, along with a 6,300 sq. ft. swimming pool. The project includes a total of 59 amenities aimed at providing recreational and functional facilities for residents.
Amenities listed for the project include a cross-fit zone, outdoor gym, basketball court, and a self-tennis practice wall. Additional facilities include a dedicated yoga space, indoor games area, and mini golf setup. The project also includes designated children’s play areas, along with a swimming pool that has a separate section for children and interactive water features.
The landscaped design incorporates several themed garden spaces, including a herbal garden, hammock garden, topiary garden, and an aromatic tree garden. These elements are integrated into the layout along with open areas intended for general use.
The project also includes practical features such as a co-working space and a pet park equipped with a wash bay. These facilities are part of the overall amenity structure within the residential development.
Located near AVP College, the project provides access to educational institutions, healthcare centres, retail outlets, and other social infrastructure within Tiruppur. The location also connects to key transport routes and commercial areas in and around the city.
According to the company, the project has been planned as a residential community with a combination of housing units, open spaces, and amenities within a defined layout. The development is positioned within the premium housing segment in Tiruppur.
Casagrand stated that the project integrates residential planning with amenity provisions and connectivity features, aimed at offering a structured community environment for residents.
