New Delhi: Prateek Group’s flagship residential project, Prateek Grand Begonia in Siddharth Vihar, Ghaziabad, has recorded sales of 600 units with a cumulative sales value of approximately ₹1,200 crore during FY 2025-26.
According to the company, the performance reflects demand for luxury residential developments in emerging NCR destinations and highlights the growing prominence of Siddharth Vihar in the regional housing market.
The company launched Phase 1 of Prateek Grand Begonia in January 2025 with an estimated projected revenue of over ₹5,000 crore. It stated that nearly 50 per cent of Phase 1 inventory has been sold, while Phase 2 of the project is currently under planning.
The project has attracted interest from both end-users and investors. The company said demand has been supported by connectivity, planned residential spaces, lifestyle-oriented amenities, and access to key commercial districts across NCR.

Prateek Grand Begonia is located along the NH-24 corridor and provides connectivity to Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad and other commercial centres across NCR. The project is situated near the intersection of 75-metre and 50-metre-wide roads connecting NH-58 and NH-24 (NH-9).
The development also benefits from connectivity through the RRTS and Namo Bharat network, which supports regional mobility and reduces travel time across key destinations.
According to the company, residents have access to the social and physical infrastructure available within the larger Prateek Grand City township. The ecosystem includes retail and commercial facilities catering to daily requirements, including shopping, banking, dining and essential services.
The company stated that the township incorporates classical and colonial-inspired architectural elements, including arches, façades, entrance boulevards and landscaped public spaces. The development also includes clubhouses, swimming pools, party lawns, wellness facilities, recreation areas and sports infrastructure.
Additional amenities include landscaped parks, jogging tracks, cycling tracks, yoga spaces, children’s play areas, senior citizen zones, lawn tennis courts and multipurpose sports facilities. The township also features over 70 per cent green cover and more than 1.5 lakh plants.
According to the company, Prateek Grand City has witnessed appreciation from ₹3,600 per sq. ft. to approximately ₹12,000 per sq. ft. over time and continues to command rental demand in the NH-24 corridor.

The project also incorporates EV-ready infrastructure and includes plans for an international school within the township.
