Mumbai: Rama Group has announced the launch of ‘Rama Eiko Luxury Floors’, a new phase within its residential development ‘Rama Eiko’ in Raipur. The project has received RERA approval and bookings are now open in Shankar Nagar.
The development has been designed by Rajeev Agarwal of Rajeev Agarwal Architects, along with landscape design by STGK. The project follows a low-density layout comprising 112 apartments across 16 towers, with each tower having seven floors.

Each floor is designed to accommodate one apartment, consisting of 4 and 5 BHK configurations. The layout eliminates shared living spaces and is structured to offer a high level of privacy. Apartment sizes range from approximately 7,100 sq. ft. to 12,800 sq. ft., with a ceiling height of 12 ft.
Each residence includes a private lift for direct access, while every tower is equipped with eight lifts. The seventh floor features a penthouse with a skylight in the foyer and access to a terrace of approximately 4,500 sq. ft.
The development includes landscaped areas spread across 1.86 acres, with residences overlooking green spaces and amenities.
Facilities include a semi-Olympic-sized swimming pool, amphitheater with multipurpose lawn, aerial tree deck, sports zone, jogging track, children’s play area, and a golf-putting pitch. Each residence is provided with three dedicated car parking spaces.
