Mumbai: Sugee Group has announced its entry into the Thane real estate market with plans to develop a 50+ acre waterfront project in Thane West, marking the Mumbai-based developer’s first venture in the city. The proposed development, centred around Siddheshwar Lake, is envisioned as an integrated, globally benchmarked commercial ecosystem and represents a significant milestone in the company’s ongoing expansion across India and international markets.
The developer, which has an established presence in Mumbai as well as Lisbon and the United Arab Emirates, has built premium projects across locations including Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Park, Dadar, Matunga, Worli and Mulund.
