New Delhi: WeWork India Management Limited on Monday announced the launch of Rivet, a platform focused on providing design and construction services for enterprise workspaces. The company also said Arnav S Gusain has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of the newly created business vertical.
Gusain will continue to serve as Chief Supply Officer at WeWork India while taking on the additional responsibility of leading Rivet, the company said in a statement.
The launch comes amid continued activity in India’s commercial office sector. According to data from real estate consultancy JLL, gross leasing across major Indian office markets reached 83.3 million square feet in 2025, reflecting sustained demand from domestic companies as well as global capability centres.

Industry participants say that the process of setting up corporate office spaces often requires coordination between multiple stakeholders, including architects, contractors, engineers and project managers. Managing these stakeholders can add complexity to project timelines and cost planning.
According to the company, Rivet will function as a platform that integrates workspace design, engineering and construction services under a single project delivery structure. The model is intended to provide enterprises with a centralised framework for planning and executing workplace infrastructure projects.
In a statement, Karan Virwani, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of WeWork India, said the new initiative builds on the company’s experience in designing and operating office environments across several cities.
He said insights from workspace operations and project execution have informed the development of the platform.
Arnav S Gusain, Chief Executive Officer of Rivet, said enterprises are increasingly evaluating workplace infrastructure as part of long-term organisational planning. He added that integrating real estate insights with design and project execution could support better planning of workspace development.
The company said Rivet will use digital tools such as building information modelling (BIM) and technology-based project monitoring systems to track project milestones and site activity.

WeWork India currently operates flexible workspace centres across eight Indian cities and manages more than 1.21 lakh desks, according to company information.
The launch of Rivet represents an expansion of the company’s services beyond flexible office spaces into workspace design and project delivery. Industry observers say companies are increasingly examining workplace design and infrastructure as organisations adapt to evolving work patterns and office strategies.
