New Delhi: Reliance MET City, a wholly owned subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited, has announced the launch of Metropolis by MET City, a large-scale integrated mixed-use development located at Daryapur, Jhajjar district, Haryana, strategically positioned within the Delhi NCR region.
The project is part of a 140-acre master-planned development, featuring a well-balanced mix of residential plots, industrial plots, and a future group housing component. In Phase 1, approximately 100 acres are being launched, offering ready-to-move development opportunities for both homebuyers and businesses.
Metropolis has been designed as a future-ready integrated urban ecosystem, combining residential living with industrial and commercial opportunities. The residential segment includes thoughtfully planned plots ranging from 112 sq. yards to 179 sq. yards, allowing buyers to build customised homes within a secure, organised township. The project also offers dedicated industrial plots, catering to enterprises seeking strategic expansion within the rapidly developing Reliance MET City corridor.
Developed in two phases, the project benefits from ready infrastructure, enabling immediate development and investment. Residential plots are priced between ₹99,000 and ₹1,10,000 per sq. yard, positioning Metropolis as an attractive option for both end-users and long-term investors.
Commenting on the launch, Mr. Shrivallabh Goyal, CEO & Whole-Time Director, Reliance MET City, said that Metropolis reflects the company’s vision of building a sustainable, integrated and employment-driven urban destination, where residents can live close to workplaces while benefiting from strong infrastructure and long-term growth potential.
The project is being developed by Model Economic Township Limited on a self-funded basis, with all construction and infrastructure development executed in-house.
Strategically located on MDR 123, Metropolis enjoys excellent connectivity. It lies just 5 minutes from the KMP Expressway, close to AIIMS Badsa, the upcoming Haryana Orbital Rail Corridor (HORC), and the proposed BCCI International Cricket Stadium. With seamless access to Gurugram and key NCR hubs, residents and businesses will also benefit from the wider Reliance MET City ecosystem, including healthcare, education, and employment infrastructure.
