Mumbai: Experion Developers has reported ₹1,800 crore in sales at the launch of its luxury residential project, Experion SAATORI, located in Sector 151 along the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway.
The company said it has sold approximately 400 units in the project, which is situated around 3 km from Sector 148 metro station and in proximity to the upcoming Noida International Airport. The location provides connectivity to key employment hubs across Noida and Delhi-NCR.

Commenting on the development, Priyamvada Navet, Deputy CEO, Experion Developers, said:

The project is spread across a 5-acre, two-side open corner land parcel and consists of three standalone towers rising up to G+38 floors.
Experion SAATORI is designed as a low-density, Japanese-inspired residential development, offering four residences per core to ensure privacy and open views, along with green spaces and wellness-focused amenities.

The project has been designed by international consultants, including DPA as the architectural consultant and Plandscape as the landscape consultant.
It offers 3 BHK and 4 BHK residences.
