New Delhi: Realty firm Signature Global has announced a partnership with Italian luxury brand Tonino Lamborghini to develop a branded residential project in Gurugram, marking the brand’s entry into India’s residential real estate market.
The collaboration was formalised at an event held in the national capital, attended by senior leadership teams from both organisations. Representatives from Signature Global included Mr. Pradeep Aggarwal, Founder and Chairman; Mr. Lalit Aggarwal, Co-founder and Vice Chairman; Mr. Devender Aggarwal, Co-founder and Joint Managing Director; and Mr. Ravi Aggarwal, Co-founder and Managing Director. Directors Mr. Nikhil Aggarwal, Mr. Garvit Aggarwal, Ms. Nidhi Aggarwal, and Mr. Shivansh Aggarwal were also present.

The Tonino Lamborghini delegation included Ms. Ginevra Lamborghini, Vice-President; Ms. Angela Krieger, Creative Director of Tonino Lamborghini Total Living; Ms. Paola Barbieri, Head of Marketing and Communication; and Mr. Nicola D’Addabbo, Head of Real Estate and Hospitality.
According to the companies, the project will be developed on Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) in Gurugram and will feature 812 premium residential units in 3, 4, and 4.5 BHK configurations. The development is positioned to cater to buyers seeking design-oriented and branded residential offerings.
The partnership combines Signature Global’s execution capabilities in the domestic real estate market with Tonino Lamborghini’s design-led approach, which is associated with Italian aesthetics and craftsmanship. The collaboration reflects a growing trend in India’s housing sector, where global brands are entering the residential space through partnerships with local developers.
Gurugram has emerged as a key market for premium housing developments, supported by infrastructure expansion and improved connectivity. Within the city, the Southern Peripheral Road corridor has gained traction as a micro-market for high-end residential projects.
The development will include residential and lifestyle features designed to align with evolving preferences in urban housing. The concept highlighted by the companies focuses on integrated living environments, where design, amenities, and overall experience are aligned within a single development framework.
