Mumbai: Platinum Corp. has performed the Bhoomi Poojan for its residential project, Platinum Stellar, located at Main Avenue in Santacruz West, Mumbai.
The project marks the company’s entry into a design-led residential segment in the Bandra-Khar-Santacruz micro-market. Platinum Stellar is positioned as a low-density development featuring bespoke Presidential Suites, with sizes ranging from 2,500 sq. ft to 10,000 sq. ft.

According to the company, the project follows a design-first approach, in collaboration with interior designer Sussanne Khan. The development incorporates curated spatial planning, architectural proportions, and amenity design aimed at delivering a cohesive residential experience.
Speaking at the Bhoomi Poojan ceremony, Vishal Ratanghayra, Founder & CEO of Platinum Corp., said, “We have created Platinum Stellar as a low-density, high-end, uniquely planned residential development. The project is designed with a focus on individuality, with the developer stating that no two residences will be identical.

The development includes four levels of podium parking and a dedicated amenities level. Facilities include a business lounge, fitness centre, salon, banquet hall, and indoor and outdoor hosting areas. The rooftop has been planned as a landscaped space with water features, gazebos, and pergolas.
The company stated that it has received expressions of interest from investors, citing demand for residential assets in prime Mumbai micro-markets.
