New Delhi: TRG Group has completed 11 years in the real estate sector, marking a milestone in its journey across the National Capital Region (NCR).

The company stated that over the past decade, it has focused on real estate developments built around infrastructure, planning, customer engagement, and long-term value creation. According to the company, its growth has been supported by customer trust, investor participation, channel partner relationships, and project execution.

The company further stated that the food court and dining segment has witnessed interest from several national and international brands. According to the company, discussions and associations are underway with brands including Baskin Robbins, Belgian Fries, Burger King, Moti Mahal, Domino’s, Chinese Wok, Bikanervala, Mithaas, MOD, Belgian Waffle Co., Subway, Vaango, Biryani Blues, Wow! Momo, Chicago Pizza, Wendy’s, Sagar Ratna, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, KFC, and others.

According to TRG Group, investment opportunities within the project, including OneMart and other commercial offerings, have received responses from investors, business owners, and channel partners.

The company stated that these offerings have contributed to investor participation and strengthened its position within the commercial real estate segment.
