The sky-level amenities comprise a yoga lawn, swimming pool, party lawn, cabana seating, hammock plaza, crossfit gym and a star-gazing deck.

The company stated that the Sion-Matunga Corridor continues to remain one of Mumbai’s established residential locations, supported by existing social infrastructure and connectivity.

The project is also connected to Mumbai’s Central, Western and Harbour suburban railway corridors, along with the Eastern Express Highway, Western Express Highway, Sion-Dharavi Link Road, Sion-BKC Flyover and Bandra-Worli Sea Link. The company added that upcoming metro corridors and proximity to Mumbai and Navi Mumbai airports further enhance connectivity.

Commenting on the launch, Rajendra M. Rajan, Founder, TransIndia Group, said, “Certain neighbourhoods possess a timeless quality that cannot be recreated. The Sion-Matunga Corridor is one such belt that has a deeply rooted sense of belonging. Meridian has been envisioned as a natural extension of this aspect. Rather than simply building residences, our objective with Meridian has been to create an address that celebrates the spirit of the neighbourhood while introducing a lifestyle that reflects the aspirations of a new generation of homeowners. We believe the finest developments are those that become part of a locality’s story, and this is a project designed keeping that very philosophy in mind.”

According to the company, TransIndia Group has delivered more than 12 lakh sq. ft. over the past 15 years. It currently has over 55 lakh sq. ft. under development, has served more than 1,000 families, and has rehabilitated approximately 2,500 tenements.
