Mumbai: Awfis Space Solutions Limited has announced the launch of two new workspace centres in Chennai, expanding its presence in one of South India’s major commercial office markets.
The new facilities are located at Olympia Crystal in Guindy and DLF Cyber City in Manapakkam. Together, the centres add approximately 114,000 square feet of premium workspace to the company’s portfolio in Chennai.
According to the company, the Olympia Crystal centre spans around 56,360 square feet across four floors, while the DLF Cyber City facility offers approximately 57,802 square feet of chargeable area and has been designated as an Awfis Gold centre.
With these additions, Awfis’ total footprint in Chennai has increased to 28 centres covering nearly 875,000 square feet.
The company stated that both centres are located in Grade A commercial developments with connectivity to key business districts, transportation hubs, and Chennai’s technology ecosystem.
Olympia Crystal is situated in Guindy, one of Chennai’s established IT and commercial corridors, while DLF Cyber City is located in the city’s western IT corridor and integrated business campus.
According to the company, the centres have been designed with a focus on operational efficiency, functionality, and consistent workplace experience to support enterprises and professionals.
The expansion comes amid growing demand for flexible office spaces in Chennai. The company cited industry trends indicating that Chennai’s flexible office stock reached approximately 8.5 million square feet by early 2026, with Global Capability Centres (GCCs) accounting for 51 per cent of demand in 2025.

According to the company, Awfis currently operates more than 200 centres across 18 cities and serves over 3,400 organisations.
The company also stated that it continues to expand its integrated service offerings, including design, build, and allied workspace services, to support enterprise clients across the workplace lifecycle.
