New Delhi: BPTP Limited has started the allotment process for SkyNest Towers, its ultra-luxury residential project in Sector 80, Greater Faridabad, following what the developer described as an overwhelming response from homebuyers. The development is positioned as a major addition to the city’s premium housing segment, with the allotment milestone marking the next stage in its project journey.
The response to SkyNest Towers, according to BPTP, reflects growing buyer interest in high-end residential developments offering larger homes, privacy and lifestyle-focused amenities. The project is also expected to raise the bar for luxury housing in Faridabad, the company said.

SkyNest Towers comprises twin residential towers that rise approximately 150 metres, making them among the tallest residential landmarks envisioned for Faridabad. The project offers 3 BHK and 4 BHK residences with sizes ranging from ~3,185 sq. ft. to ~3,856 sq. ft.
The development has been planned as a vertical garden estate, incorporating biophilic design principles along with Sky Nests, multi-generational spaces and wellness-focused amenities. The residential layout features only 4 residences per floor, with the design aimed at providing greater privacy and exclusivity to residents.
Each tower is equipped with nine high-speed lifts, while the residences feature expansive wraparound balconies. The project includes more than ~82,000 sq. ft. of amenities and landscaped areas, with facilities spanning multiple pools, wellness and fitness zones, indoor and outdoor sports, fine dining experiences, business lounges and other lifestyle amenities.
SkyNest Towers is registered with HRERA under registration number HRERA-PKL-FBD-881-2026.
Located in Sector 80, Greater Faridabad, the project is connected to the Faridabad Bypass Road (DND–Faridabad–KMP Expressway) and NH-44. It is also positioned near the upcoming Faridabad–Noida–Ghaziabad (FNG) Expressway, along with key social infrastructure, including reputed educational institutions and healthcare facilities.

The consultant team includes WOW Consultants, Singapore, for architecture, landscape and interiors; Matrix for vertical transportation; Optimal for structural engineering; Nulty+ for lighting design; Currie & Brown for quantity surveying; and GreenGineer for green building advisory.

The allotment process for SkyNest Towers is being carried out in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and the terms specified in the application form, allotment letter and agreement for sale.
