Mumbai: GHR Infra has announced the commencement of Phase 1 handovers at GHR Callisto, its residential development located in Kollur, West Hyderabad.
Developed across 8.3 acres, GHR Callisto is an IGBC pre-certified Gold-rated project comprising four towers, 11 wings and 1,190 apartments across 2, 2.5, 3 and 4 BHK configurations.
According to the company, the Phase 1 handover marks a key project milestone, enabling homeowners to begin interior planning, furnishing and customisation activities ahead of occupancy.

The handover process was attended by Mr. Shyam Sunder Reddy, Designated Partner, GHR Infra, and Mr. Karteesh Reddy Madgula, CEO, GHR Infra, who handed over possession kits to select homeowners.
The project has been positioned within the premium residential segment, with apartment sizes starting from 1,195 sq. ft. and public pricing for standard configurations listed from approximately ₹83 lakh onwards.
GHR Callisto includes a 50,000 sq. ft. clubhouse and nearly 70% open space. Amenities at the development include swimming pools, a gymnasium, indoor games facilities, mini golf, cricket practice facilities, a basketball court, children’s play areas, a pet park, library, party lawns and barbecue spaces.
The project also incorporates smart home automation and sustainability features such as EV fast-charging stations, rainwater harvesting, organic waste composting and grey water treatment systems.
According to the company, Integrated Project Management Services for the development are being provided by TQCert Services Pvt. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Projects Ltd. The project has also utilised BIM-enabled processes to support construction management and operational efficiency.
The development is registered under TG RERA No. P01100004554.
Located in Kollur, the project offers connectivity to the Outer Ring Road and access to key employment and social infrastructure hubs including the Financial District, Gachibowli, educational institutions, healthcare facilities and Rajiv Gandhi International Airport.
