Mumbai: House of Swamiraj has announced the signing of a Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) redevelopment project in Kopri, Thane (East), with an estimated project value of ₹220 crore.

The project is located approximately two minutes from Thane Railway Station and targets the redevelopment of Kopri, an area identified by the company as underutilised despite strong connectivity.

According to the developer, the initiative aims to introduce structured redevelopment in the micro-market, focusing on modern housing, improved civic infrastructure, and enhanced community spaces.

Speaking on the development, Jason Samuel, Managing Director, House of Swamiraj, said, “Kopri, Thane (East) presents a unique opportunity due to its strategic location and untapped growth potential.
