Mumbai: The Cascades Neopolis, a ₹3,169 crore residential development by GHR Lakshmi Urbanblocks Infra LLP, has entered into a collaboration with French beauty and wellness brand L’Occitane en Provence to introduce a dedicated Provençal-inspired wellness destination for its future residents in Hyderabad.
As part of the partnership, Spa L’Occitane en Provence will offer a curated better-being experience within the residential development, bringing together the Maison’s wellness philosophy with contemporary urban living. The initiative aims to create a space focused on comfort, calm, care and quiet renewal, encouraging residents to embrace a slower and more restorative lifestyle. In India, the spa will be operated by Sanghvi Brands Limited, which will deliver the experience in accordance with the Maison’s global operating standards.
The collaboration adds to a growing roster of international partners associated with The Cascades Neopolis. The 63-storey, 217-metre residential tower, currently under development in Neopolis and scheduled for completion by March 2030, is being designed and executed with support from several global firms. These include UHA London as Concept Architect, Coopers Hill Singapore as Landscape Architect, Studio HBA Singapore for amenities interior design, Buro Happold (UK) for structural engineering, and Quintessentially for international concierge services.

A Wellness Space Inspired by Haute-Provence
Drawing inspiration from the heritage of Haute-Provence, Spa L’Occitane en Provence at The Cascades Neopolis has been envisioned as a tranquil environment centred on signature wellness rituals, expert techniques, refined treatment protocols and the Maison’s established spa expertise.
The interiors are planned around natural materials, warm finishes and soft lighting to create a calm and immersive setting. Every aspect of the guest journey—from arrival through treatments and relaxation—is intended to deliver a seamless sensory experience.
The spa’s treatment menu will include signature therapies developed by Spa L’Occitane en Provence’s in-house spa experts. Treatments will be delivered by trained therapists, while product expertise, testing and efficacy validation are supported by the Maison’s laboratories and research partners.
Its wellness approach is built around four holistic pillars: Longevity, which focuses on timeless skin rejuvenation; Regeneration, aimed at renewing energy through the science and art of sleep; Balance, designed to harmonise the body, mind and emotions; and Vitality, which seeks to restore both physical and mental energy. Together, these principles represent Spa L’Occitane en Provence’s Better-Being philosophy.

According to the developer, The Cascades Neopolis has been planned with an emphasis on creating spaces that support mental, physical and emotional well-being. The partnership with Spa L’Occitane en Provence aligns with that vision by integrating wellness into the residential environment.
For residents, the spa is intended to serve as more than a lifestyle amenity. It has been conceived as an on-site retreat where individuals can unwind, recharge and reconnect as part of their everyday routine.
