Mumbai: The Executive Centre (TEC) has expanded its India portfolio with a new centre at DLF Atrium Place in Gurugram, adding approximately 94,100 sq. ft. of premium flexible workspace and more than 1,000 workstations to its network. The launch strengthens the company’s presence in Delhi-NCR as demand for flexible office space continues to shape the region’s commercial real estate market.

Announced on 2nd September 2026, the new facility is located in one of India’s prominent business districts and is designed to serve multinational corporations, Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and growing enterprises. Its proximity to public transport networks provides connectivity for businesses seeking office space in Gurugram.

The centre occupies a Grade A office building that is USGBC LEED Platinum and WELL Platinum pre-certified, reflecting a focus on sustainability, employee wellness and workplace design. The development adds to TEC’s presence in a market that continues to attract businesses seeking premium office environments and flexible occupancy options.

The new facility combines private offices, collaborative spaces and hospitality-led amenities. Members will have access to dedicated collaboration zones, lounges, a fully equipped Barista Bar, a wellness room and private phone booths. Secure keyless locking systems and other business amenities are also part of the offering, supported by TEC’s service model centred on hospitality and operational support.

The expansion comes amid sustained activity in India’s office leasing market. CBRE recently reported quarterly office absorption of 24.6 million sq. ft. in Q2 2026, marking a record for the period. Delhi-NCR also recorded its highest-ever quarterly flex space take-up, pointing to continued demand for premium flexible workplaces among enterprise occupiers.

Commenting on the launch, Paul Salnikoff, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, The Executive Centre, said, “Gurugram continues to be one of India’s most dynamic business destinations, attracting global enterprises that expect more from their workplaces than ever before. At TEC, we believe that exceptional workspaces should inspire innovation, foster collaboration, and support employee wellbeing. Our newest centre at DLF Atrium Place embodies this vision by combining luxury, thoughtful design, operational excellence, and world-class hospitality to create an environment where businesses and their people can thrive. As organisations continue to prioritise quality and flexibility, we remain committed to delivering premium workspace solutions that set new benchmarks for the future of work.”

Over the past three decades, TEC has established itself as a workspace provider for multinational corporations and growth-oriented enterprises, combining premium office environments with service consistency and operational expertise. The company operates across 38 cities in 15 markets, supporting businesses at different stages of their expansion.
