Mumbai: Shriram Properties Limited has acquired a 4-acre land parcel on Sarjapur Main Road in South-East Bengaluru, strengthening its expansion strategy in one of the city’s fastest-growing residential corridors.

The Shriram Properties Sarjapur acquisition will be developed into a premium high-rise residential project with an estimated saleable area of nearly 5 lakh sq ft. The proposed development carries a projected Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately ₹550–600 crore and is expected to be launched in the latter half of 2026.

Sarjapur Main Road continues to witness steady housing demand due to its connectivity to Varthur, Whitefield, the Outer Ring Road, and key IT hubs. The Shriram Properties Sarjapur project is located near reputed international schools and the upcoming Dommasandra Metro Station, enhancing its long-term residential appeal.

According to Akshay Murali, Vice President – Business Development at Shriram Properties, South-East Bengaluru remains a resilient and high-growth micro-market supported by strong end-user demand and infrastructure upgrades.

The Shriram Properties Sarjapur development aligns with the company’s strategy of expanding in high-demand urban corridors with scalable and community-centric housing formats. The acquisition further strengthens its Bengaluru pipeline amid sustained demand in IT-driven residential markets.
