Mumbai: Brigade Group on Wednesday announced the launch of its residential project Brigade Lumina, a net-zero carbon development located in northwest Bengaluru along Tumkur Main Road.
Spread across 4.11 acres, the joint development project has an estimated revenue potential of over ₹700 crore, the company said.

The project offers two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging from approximately 1,100 to 1,800 square feet. The units are designed with large decks, aimed at providing natural light and panoramic views.
Brigade Group said the development is being positioned as a net-zero carbon project, incorporating renewable energy systems, water management measures, and waste reduction initiatives.
Commenting on the launch, Pavitra Shankar said, “Northwest Bengaluru is one of our key focus areas. Brigade Lumina reflects our commitment to delivering quality construction that responds to evolving homebuyer expectations while remaining future-ready.”
She added that the corridor currently faces limited supply of premium residential developments and highlighted connectivity as a key advantage.
“The metro connectivity of the project is one of its major strengths. With renewable energy integration, efficient material selection, advanced water management, and zero-waste systems, the project is designed to remain climate-resilient over the long term,” she said.
The project is located within a short walking distance of the Manjunathanagara Metro Station on the Namma Metro Green Line, providing connectivity to major employment hubs, educational institutions, and healthcare facilities.

According to the company, the development will include a clubhouse spanning over 15,000 sq. ft., along with amenities such as a futsal court, basketball practice court, pickleball court, swimming pool, jacuzzi, children’s play areas, pet park, and outdoor gym.
