New Delhi: An AI-powered PropTech platform, Dooritt, was officially launched at the Press Club of India, marking its entry into the real estate technology segment with a focus on integrating artificial intelligence, augmented reality (AR), and virtual reality (VR) into property discovery and decision-making.
The launch event was attended by the company’s leadership, including Aagman Bhatia, Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer, and KS Bhatia, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, who outlined the platform’s approach to addressing challenges in the real estate sector.

The platform aims to streamline property search and evaluation by leveraging AI-driven tools. According to the company, its virtual reality-enabled interface allows users to explore properties remotely, reducing the need for physical site visits.
Dooritt’s AI capabilities are designed to deliver data insights that can compress extended periods of market research into a shorter timeframe, enabling users to make faster decisions. The platform also introduces AI-driven indoor navigation features intended to enhance how users interact with property spaces.
A key feature highlighted by the company is “Habitat,” which integrates multiple aspects of property evaluation into a single digital interface. The feature allows users to assess properties through virtual experiences, augmented reality-based visualisation, and additional parameters such as environmental conditions and locality characteristics.
The company also introduced AUG, described as a system for indoor navigation integrated with commerce capabilities. This solution is intended for use across commercial and public spaces, including malls, hospitals, airports, hotels, and residential complexes.
Dooritt stated that it has a presence in India and Dubai, with plans to expand to Pattaya, Phuket, and Bali.
