Kriti Sanon Family Sells Four Mumbai Flats for ₹8.9 Crore

Mumbai: Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon, along with her sister Nupur Sanon and mother Geeta Sanon, has sold four residential apartments in Andheri West, Mumbai, for a combined consideration of ₹8.9 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards on the website of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR), Maharashtra.

The transactions were registered in April 2026.

Andheri West remains one of Mumbai’s established residential and commercial destinations, supported by connectivity through the Western Express Highway, Link Road, suburban rail services and the Mumbai Metro. The locality also provides access to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport and major business hubs including SEEPZ, MIDC, Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) and Film City.

According to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards, two apartments located in Raheja Classique, Andheri West, were sold for ₹3.23 crore each.

Both apartments have a built-up area of 60.78 sq. m. (654.23 sq. ft.) and a carpet area of 50.63 sq. m. (545 sq. ft.), along with one car parking space each. The transactions attracted stamp duty payments of ₹19.41 lakh each and registration charges of ₹30,000 per transaction.

Property registration records further indicate that two additional apartments in the same project were sold for ₹1.21 crore each.

Both units have a built-up area of 22.86 sq. m. (246.06 sq. ft.) and a carpet area of 19.05 sq. m. (205 sq. ft.). Each transaction involved stamp duty payments of ₹7.29 lakh and registration charges of ₹30,000.

According to the documents, Geeta Sanon had acquired two apartments at Raheja Classique in July 2013 for a combined consideration of ₹1.40 crore. Kriti Sanon and Nupur Sanon subsequently purchased two additional apartments in June 2017 for a combined consideration of ₹2.90 crore.

The family’s cumulative acquisition cost for the four units stood at approximately ₹4.31 crore.

With the latest transactions valued at ₹8.9 crore, the family’s investment recorded an overall appreciation of approximately ₹4.60 crore, translating into a capital gain of around 107 per cent over a holding period ranging between nine and thirteen years.

Kriti Sanon is an Indian actress and entrepreneur who entered the Hindi film industry in 2014 and has appeared in several commercially successful films. She has also established business interests in the beauty and wellness sectors.

Nupur Sanon is an actress and singer who has appeared in music videos, digital content and film projects. Geeta Sanon has also been associated with the family’s property investments.

The buyer named in the property registration documents is Mukesh Chhabra, casting director, filmmaker and actor, who is known for his contributions to talent casting within the Indian film industry and for directing the film “Dil Bechara” (2020).
