Mumbai: Real estate developer Casagrand on Monday announced the launch of Casagrand Ascentia, a residential project in Coimbatore’s Saravanampatti area, featuring 238 apartments with multiple lifestyle amenities.
Spread across about four acres, Casagrand Ascentia Coimbatore will be developed as a Basement-plus-Ground-plus-five-floor residential community offering two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments. The homes range from around 1,148 sq ft to 2,010 sq ft in size, with prices starting from approximately Rs 65 lakh.

The project will include 51 indoor and outdoor lifestyle amenities along with an 8,200 sq ft clubhouse and a 3,800 sq ft swimming pool, the company said in a statement.
The development has been planned with nearly 2.2 acres of open space and a landscaped central park spread across about 33,000 sq ft, aimed at providing outdoor recreational areas and community spaces for residents.
Saravanampatti has emerged as one of the rapidly growing residential and technology corridors in Coimbatore, with proximity to IT hubs such as KCT Tech Park and other employment centres. The area also offers connectivity to educational institutions, healthcare facilities, retail outlets and entertainment zones.
According to the developer, the project design focuses on natural ventilation, privacy and daylight access for residential units. The community will also feature landscaped walkways, children’s play areas, seating zones and recreational spaces.
Amenities planned within the development include fitness zones, indoor games facilities, yoga areas, amphitheatre seating and social gathering spaces. The project will also feature a vehicle-free podium supported by basement parking to enhance pedestrian safety within the residential complex.
