Mumbai: Real estate developer Casagrand has formally commenced construction of its latest commercial project, Casagrand Skytech, a large-scale Grade A office development in Perungudi—one of Chennai’s fastest-growing business districts.
Spread across 4.28 acres, the project is designed to deliver approximately 1 million square feet of premium office space, reinforcing Chennai’s position as a key commercial hub in South India. The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by senior leadership, including Arun Mn and Siva Shankar Reddy.
