Mumbai: Manglam Group, a prominent real estate developer in Rajasthan, has announced the launch of Summit Signature Sangam, a premium commercial project located along Jaipur’s strategic Ajmer Road corridor. The development, undertaken in partnership with Sangam India Limited, involves an estimated investment of ₹400 crore.
Positioned across a land parcel exceeding 11,500 square yards, the project is designed as a Ground + 3 floor commercial complex, offering flexible office spaces starting from approximately 1,100 square feet. The development aims to cater to corporate offices, multinational companies, and premium retail brands seeking scalable and high-visibility business environments.

The project is strategically located along the Ajmer Road–Civil Lines stretch, a key commercial and administrative zone in Jaipur. It offers multi-directional connectivity through five major road links and is well connected to metro stations, railway infrastructure, and the airport.
Speaking on the development, Sanjay Gupta, Director, Manglam Group, said the project is aligned with the rising demand for professionally designed commercial infrastructure in Jaipur.
“Summit Signature Sangam has been conceptualized to deliver scale, accessibility, and operational efficiency. With large office layouts, executive facilities, and advanced infrastructure, it aims to support modern business needs,” he stated.
The project incorporates multi-level basement parking for over 400 vehicles, high-speed elevators, advanced security systems, and uninterrupted power backup to ensure seamless business operations.
From an architectural standpoint, the development blends contemporary design with Jaipur’s traditional aesthetics. Features such as terracotta-inspired façades, expansive glass frontage, and landscaped zones contribute to its visual identity.
Amrita Gupta, Director, Manglam Group, highlighted the emphasis on sustainability and user-centric design.
“The project integrates energy-efficient systems and green elements while maintaining a balance between functionality and design. It is built to meet the expectations of evolving businesses,” she said.

Construction is currently underway, with completion expected within two years. The project is expected to contribute significantly to Jaipur’s commercial real estate landscape and reinforce Manglam Group’s expansion in the business infrastructure segment.
