AGM Vijaylaxmi Group Launches Sixty3 W.E. Bizpark in Goregaon East

AGM Vijaylaxmi Group has launched Sixty3 W.E. Bizpark, a mixed-use commercial project in Goregaon East, Mumbai, offering office spaces and retail. The development benefits from strong connectivity, infrastructure upgrades, and proximity to established corporate hubs.

Mumbai: AGM Vijaylaxmi Group has announced the launch of Sixty3 W.E. Bizpark, a mixed-use commercial development in Goregaon East, Mumbai, comprising office spaces and high-street retail.

Located along the Western Express Highway, the G+25-storey project offers office units ranging from 545 sq. ft. to 3,200 sq. ft., with a floor-to-floor height of 3.60 metres. The design incorporates glass façades, aiming to enhance natural light, ventilation, and spatial efficiency.

The development includes a retail boulevard at the base, featuring cafés, restaurants, and convenience outlets. Other facilities include a double-height lobby, high-speed elevators, parking provisions, and 24-hour CCTV surveillance.

Goregaon East has seen increased commercial activity due to its connectivity via the Western Express Highway, Goregaon Metro Station, and Goregaon Railway Station. The area hosts established corporate campuses such as NESCO IT Park and Nirlon Knowledge Park, along with companies including Morgan Stanley, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Deloitte, and the National Payments Corporation of India.

The location is being positioned as an emerging commercial hub in Mumbai’s western suburbs, following saturation in Bandra Kurla Complex and Andheri. Infrastructure developments such as metro expansion, road network upgrades, the Goregaon–Mulund Link Road (GMLR), and the proposed Coastal Road (North) are expected to improve connectivity and accessibility.
