Mumbai: TVS Emerald has expanded its FY’26 development pipeline through three land acquisitions across Bengaluru and Chennai. The company acquired parcels in RR Nagar and Rayasandra in Bengaluru, and Kattur in Chennai, spanning a combined 52.4 acres with an estimated saleable area potential of 2.39 million sq. ft.
The acquisitions are aligned with TVS Emerald’s strategy to strengthen its presence in premium residential micro-markets supported by infrastructure growth and sustained demand.

In Rayasandra, East Bengaluru, the company acquired 7.2 acres overlooking Rayasandra Lake. The proposed apartment development has a potential saleable area of 0.72 million sq. ft. The corridor continues to attract residential demand due to proximity to major employment hubs.
In Kattur, Chennai, TVS Emerald acquired 37.4 acres for a plotted development project with a saleable area potential of 0.91 million sq. ft. The location aligns with rising demand for plotted developments and second homes, supported by infrastructure upgrades and suburban expansion.
