Mumbai: Jade County, a premium residential project located at Wave City on NH-24, has commenced construction following its Bhoomi Pujan ceremony, formally marking the beginning of development for the high-rise residential project.
The Jade County NH-24 project generated strong market traction during launch. In Phase 1, residential units worth over ₹1,600 crore were sold within seven days, according to the developer. The response reflects continued demand for premium housing along the NH-24 corridor.
The project is being developed by County Group in the National Capital Region (NCR). Spread across 13.33 acres, the land parcel was acquired for approximately ₹400 crore. The first phase will include nearly 1.5 million square feet of development across five towers ranging from 27 to 31 storeys.

Overall, the Jade County NH-24 project is planned with a saleable area of nearly 3 million square feet and an estimated investment of around ₹1,800 crore. Possession timelines are expected from 2030.
Commenting on the milestone, Director Amit Modi said, “We aim to establish a benchmark in premium high-rise living along the NH-24 corridor. The strong response to Phase 1 indicates evolving buyer preference toward spacious homes, integrated amenities, and well-connected locations.”
Located on NH-24, the development offers connectivity to Delhi, Noida, and Greater Noida. Infrastructure upgrades such as the Delhi–Meerut Expressway and proximity to Hindon Airport have strengthened the region’s appeal.
The project will include more than 1,000 apartments ranging from 2,358 sq. ft. to 5,094 sq. ft., along with a 55,000 sq. ft. clubhouse and a 7,000 sq. ft. commercial facility. Around 80% of the area is allocated to open spaces, with vehicular circulation planned at basement level.
