Mumbai: AU Real Estate has announced the launch of ‘The Sunflower,’ an ultra-luxury residential development at Aditya World City along NH-24, with an estimated revenue potential of ₹2,000 crore. The Sunflower by AU Real Estate is being developed across 9 acres and will comprise 595 residences in seven towers. The residences are configured as expansive 3BHK and 4BHK luxury apartments ranging from 2,975 sq. ft. to 4,000 sq. ft., with pricing starting from around ₹3 crore. Large private balconies, extending up to 553 sq. ft. and up to 800 sq. ft. in select units, are designed to expand usable living areas and strengthen indoor-outdoor integration within the ultra-luxury residential project NH-24.
