Mumbai: Stanley Lifestyles Limited (BSE: 544202 | NSE: STANLEY) has elevated Mr. Venkataramana Gorti (Venkat) from Joint Managing Director to Managing Director of the company, effective from May 27, 2026.
The company stated that the leadership transition comes as Stanley Lifestyles continues to strengthen its position in India’s premium and luxury home interiors market while focusing on growth, innovation, retail expansion and operational excellence.

According to the company, Venkat has played a key role in strengthening operational discipline, improving manufacturing efficiencies, enhancing supply chain resilience and building scalable systems to support long-term growth.
In his new role, Venkat will lead the company’s overall strategy and execution, with responsibilities including retail expansion, manufacturing excellence, customer experience enhancement and innovation initiatives.

Venkat brings more than three decades of experience across strategy, customer experience, operations, supply chain management and business transformation.
During his career, he has held senior leadership positions at ABB, Oracle, GE, Flextronics, Wipro Hydraulics, Honeywell and Homag, where he led transformation programmes and managed global teams.
A Mechanical Engineering graduate and EGMP alumnus from IIM Bangalore, Venkat has experience across electrical, electronics, hydraulics, aerospace and woodworking industries. His international assignments have included roles across the Middle East, Malaysia, the United States, Brazil, Sweden, Finland, Romania and other markets.
The company stated that Venkat has led multicultural teams across China, the United States, Mexico and Europe. He is also CPSCM-certified (Certified Purchasing and Supply Chain Management), Lean & Six Sigma Green Belt certified and a certified Independent Director from IICA.

According to the company, Venkat was recognised among the Top 100 Inspirational Leaders of Asia in 2022 and served as Chairperson of FFSC (Furniture Fittings Skill Council) in FY24.
