Mumbai: Casagrand has announced the launch of Casagrand Ventra, a high-rise residential development located in Kattupakkam along Poonamallee High Road in West Chennai.
The project spans 3.5 acres and comprises 279 residential units, including 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments as well as floor villas. The development is structured as a B+S+20-floor complex and includes 57 lifestyle amenities. Pricing for the units ranges from ₹85 lakh to ₹2.97 crore.
