Mumbai: NVT Quality Lifestyle has announced its entry into the sky villas and large-format integrated township segment, marking a strategic expansion beyond standalone luxury villa communities. The move aligns with rising premium residential demand in high-growth urban markets such as Bengaluru.
NVT Quality Lifestyle confirmed that it will anchor its expansion around a multi-phase, master-planned township spanning approximately 100 acres and positioned against a 300-acre lakefront setting. The integrated township model will combine standalone luxury villas and sky villas within a professionally planned ecosystem designed to deliver long-term lifestyle value and asset appreciation.

The company plans to develop nearly 5 million sq. ft. of new luxury residential space by 2028. During this period, NVT Quality Lifestyle expects to generate annual sales between ₹1,200 crore and ₹1,500 crore, reflecting confidence in premium housing demand across Bengaluru’s key micro-markets.
Dr. Vivek Garg, Founding Director of NVT Quality Lifestyle, said the company’s expansion into sky villas and integrated townships represents an evolution in its long-term development strategy.
“Luxury in 2026 is increasingly defined by thoughtful design, community integration, and the ability to support hybrid work lifestyles,” Garg said. “Through our integrated township strategy, NVT Quality Lifestyle aims to create flexible, future-ready communities that bring together villas and sky villas in a unified, infrastructure-led framework.”
He added that infrastructure catalysts such as the Satellite Town Ring Road and metro network expansion are reshaping demand patterns in Bengaluru’s eastern corridor, particularly along the Sarjapur-Attibele Road, where the company’s township project ‘Wonderful World’ is located.

NVT Quality Lifestyle stated that the expansion will continue to follow its design-led philosophy, emphasising indoor-outdoor living, private backyards, skylights, and residences planned for work-life integration. The company’s broader roadmap includes scaling its presence across premium and luxury residential formats while responding to growing participation from high-income domestic buyers and NRIs in India’s top real estate markets.
