Mumbai: Managed workspace provider BuzzWorks has leased office space to Dublin-based MyComplianceOffice at Mindspace Business Park in Hyderabad, as the company expands its footprint in the city’s flexible workspace market.

The agreement includes approximately 550 seats at BuzzWorks’ facility in Mindspace Business Park. With the latest transaction, BuzzWorks said its total leased office space in Hyderabad now stands at around 1.1 lakh square feet.

MyComplianceOffice (MCO), a global regulatory technology (RegTech) and compliance technology company headquartered in Dublin, will use the Hyderabad office to house several core functions including product engineering, product management, customer success, global operations and AI-enabled compliance technology initiatives.

Commenting on the development, Siddharth Verma, Business Head at BuzzWorks India, said Hyderabad continues to remain an important market for the company.

“As a preferred destination for global technology enterprises seeking to establish and scale their India operations, Hyderabad continues to remain a key market for us. This strategic partnership with MCO reflects our commitment to provide future-ready facilities with world-class amenities to enable our partners to scale their India operations seamlessly,” Verma said.

He added that the collaboration reflects BuzzWorks’ continued focus on creating strategic growth environments for global enterprises through infrastructure and workspace design.

MyComplianceOffice said the Hyderabad centre has become an important part of its global operations since the company established its India entity in 2023.

Bapiraju Nandury, Managing Director and Vice President at MyComplianceOffice, said the company plans to further expand its presence in India.

“The establishment of our India entity in 2023 has been a significant step in our journey, and in just two years our Hyderabad office has grown to become our largest globally. As we continue to expand and plan to scale our team over the coming year, India will remain central to our long-term innovation and growth strategy,” Nandury said.
